Osage Hills School is a PK-8th school district located 4 miles from beautiful downtown Bartlesville, OK. The district has an annual enrollment of 160-180 students and approximately 30 dedicated employees with a budget over $2 million coming mostly from local funds. With a focus on academics, technology, and student safety/well-being, Osage Hills School is comprised of 70% transfer students seeking a family friendly environment with small class sizes and a moderate teacher-to-student ratio of approx. 1 teacher to every 14 students. We are a Project Lead the Way school and a 21st Community Learning Center school currently in year 3 of a 5 year grant. Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Education Administration
Superintendent Certification from Oklahoma State Dept. of Education
Preferred Qualifications Superintendent experience in an Oklahoma Public or Private School
Experience with Federal Programs, grant writing, personnel recruitment and retention, scheduling, curriculum and instruction.
