| Description | Olustee/Eldorado is seeking a dedicated and experienced Reading Specialist and/or Certified Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with students, teachers, and parents to improve Math and Literacy skills. This role includes assessing reading and math levels, implementing intervention strategies, and collaborating with educators to enhance instruction. Key Responsibilities: · Assess students’ reading and math abilities and develop individualized learning plans. · Provide targeted reading and math interventions for struggling students. · Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate effective literacy and math strategies. · Conduct small group or one-on-one instruction. · Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed. · Support teachers with instruction.

| Required Qualifications | · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Reading Specialist, Special Education · Valid Oklahoma teaching certification with a Reading Specialist Endorsement or Special Education Endorsement · Experience in literacy instruction and intervention. · Strong knowledge of evidence-based reading strategies and assessments. |
